"Hunger is the invisible weapon of genocide". The PHILOXENIA Circle of Friends, of which Prof. Hallensleben is a member, calls for intervention in the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic, where some 120,000 Armenians are cut off from all supply lines by Azerbaijan's blockade. The interest in Azerbaijani oil and gas must not be allowed to obscure the view of a genocidal attack on the Armenian population of Arzakh.
