The Institute of Federalism offers each year a three week intensive course on these topics open to Fribourg students. Lectures and students from various parts of the world and different disciplines join together in Fribourg to study mechanisms of power sharing and minority protection in general (dealing with linguistic, religious and economic diversity) and in specific countries (Ethiopia, India, Kosovo and South Soudan, etc.).

ECTS: Each participant is entitled to 10 ECTS (5 ECTS for the block course, further 5 ECTS are attributed for writing the compulsory seminar paper).
