The Chair for International Management will offer the summer course "Business in South-East Asia - Study Trip to Bangkok" in June/July 2026. 
This course and study trip includes lectures by local professors in Bangkok, speeches by managers and several company visits in Thailand. It is co-organized with the College of Management of the Mahidol University (CMMU).

It takes place from June 22 - July 2, 2026, in Bangkok (i.e., after the exam session in Fribourg). It counts as a 4.5 ECTS course in the Spring Semester 2026 (for EUGB, STR and "others"). For grading, a 15-page seminar paper on Business in South-East Asia (and a presentation) must be submitted prior to the departure. 

The total cost of this study trip of ca. 2 weeks, including course fee, flight and hotel have to be paid by the students. It will be ca. CHF 2’150 (see the link to more detailled information for an explanation of the costs).
