The Institute publishes two newsletters on Swiss developments.
Newsletter on Swiss Federalism
As part of the cooperation with the ch. Foundation for Federal Cooperation, the Institute publishes a regular newsletter about the latest developments in legislation, jurisprudence and academic research which are pertinent from a federal viewpoint.
The newsletter also contains academic articles about current issues.

The Newsletter on cantonal popular votes was discontinued at the end of 2025.
