The Office Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) offers personal and confidential assistance to women researchers in issues concerning :
- academic or professional careers
- work-life balance or study and family balance
- problematic relationships, conflict situations, discrimination, mobbing or sexual harassment involving members of the academic community.
In addition, the office of Gender Equality can offer confidential and personnal advice to researchers on issues related to discrimination, the work-life balance and family balance.
In case of dual career couples, the Office EDI also offers advice, either to persons recruiting a researcher in this situation or directly to the persons concerned.
