Remit:
- Promotion and coordination of teaching and quality assurance in collaboration with the Academic Directorate, the General Secretariat, the Quality Assurance Service and the University Teaching and Digital Skills Service;
- President of the advisory group for programmes recognised by the EDK.
Representing the Rectorate:
- Teaching Committee;
- Quality Assurance Committee;
- Advisory group for programmes recognised by the EDK.
Representing the University:
- Triangle Azur: VR4 - Western Switzerland Network of Vice-Rectors "Teaching";
- Swissuniversities: Network "Teaching".
Services
The Vice-Rector Teaching and Quality Assurance is assisted in the fulfilment of his duties by various persons and departments. He presides the following committees and group:
Facilite the coordination of teaching activities within the University.
Develop the guiding principles for conducting the quality assurance and to contribute to the implementation of the Rectorate’s quality assurance strategy.
Advisory group for programmes recognised by the EDK
Advisory board for exchange between, on the one hand, those responsible for study programmes recognised by the EDK at the Faculty of Education and, on the other hand, representatives of the Department of Education and Cultural Affairs (DFAC), schools and other partners.
