L'université partenaire de l'Unifr, la Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK), invite les étudiant.e.s et les collaboratrices et collaborateurs de l'Unifr à sa Master Classes Series virtuelles - une expérience amusante, informative et interactive à travers trois sujets intrigants :

1. The Reality of Online Dating: 22 April / 9am UTC+8 / Find your time zone
Is looking for love online as promising as it is advertised? In this Master Class, we will uncover the secrets of online dating with tips and tricks for you to avoid scams and mishaps, and (hopefully) leads you onto a successful path of love. Speaker: Prof. Lik Sam CHAN
Professor Chan is an Assistant Professor at the CUHK School of Journalism and Communication. He has been researching online dating and hookup cultures since 2013. His research areas include motivations behind dating app use, gender and queer politics embedded in dating app cultures, and, more recently, political expression in online dating.

2. Daily Care through Chinese Medicine: 6 May / 4pm UTC+8 / Find your time zone
While modern medicine emphasizes on the treatment of existing symptoms, Chinese Medicine has its central idea focused on "nurturing health" with a holistic approach. At this Master Class, you will learn simple and easy-to-follow ways to nurture your health with Chinese Medicine principles. Speaker: Dr. Eun-hae HA
Dr. Ha is an Assistant Lecturer at the CUHK School of Chinese Medicine. She graduated from the Beijing University of Chinese Medicine majoring in Chinese Medicine and went on to receive her Master and PhD degrees there in Acupuncture and Moxibustion. Her teaching foci are undergraduate courses in acupuncture and moxibustion, as well as the meridian system.

3. Nutritional Chinese Cooking Class: 13 May / 9am UTC+8 / Find your time zone
You must have already improved your cooking skills when you can't dine out. Want to try something different? At this Master Class, our nutritional expert will teach you how to cook a healthy and delicious Chinese dish. Get your ingredients ready and cook with us! Speaker: Ms. Daisy SIN
Ms. Sin is a Dietitian at the CUHK Centre for Nutritional Studies. The Centre conducts research in nutrition, and promotes awareness of the importance of nutrition among health care workers and the public through engagement on mass and social media.
