Instruments
The Cell Analytics Facility provide full access to cutting-edge instruments of flow cytometry. It also contain some instrument to prepare library for NSG.

Flow Cytometer Analysers
- 4 lasers : 405nm (violet) / 488nm (blue) / 561nm (yellow-green) / 638nm (red)
- Simultaneous detection of up to 13 fluorochromes + FSC/SSC
- Single manual 5ml tube or 96-wells automatic plate loader options (U-V-deep well).

- Fluidics system using acoustic focusing and volumetrix counting of the sample injected via a pump

- 5 lasers : 355nm (UV) / 405nm (Violet) / 488nm (blue) / 561nm (Yellow-Green) / 640nm (red)
- Simultaneous detection of many (theoretical maximum of 60) +FSC/2x SSC
- Single manual 5ml tube loader
- Loader for racks (40 tubes) or 96-wells plates (U, V, deep-well) automatic acquisition

Flow Cytometer Cell Sorter
- Our FACSAria Fusion is mainly dedicated to the isolation of eukaryotic nucleated cells. Yeast, bacteria, nanomaterial or any other special applications must be discussed with the facility staff first.
- Any population of cells inside a more complex heterogeneous-population can be isolated, as long as the cells of interest can be identified in the parental population by light scattering and/or fluorescence (for example: GFP-infected cells or antigen-marker populations using fluoro-labeled antibodies).
- 3 lasers : 405nm (violet 85mW) / 488nm (blue 50mW) / 640nm (red 100mW)
- Simultaneous detection of up to 14 fluorochromes +FSC/SSC
- Single tube loader
- Sort of up to 4 independent cell populations in parallel.
- Sort in 15ml or 5ml tubes, eppendorfs, slides or 384 to 6 wells plates.
- Operator used only!
- Sterile (biosafety cabinet) and BSL-2 samples sort possible.

Sample preparation for NGS
- For the preparation of single-cell mRNA library using 10x genomics protocols.
- Use "Chromium Next GEM Singel Cell 3' Reagents Kits v3.1"
- Access to the instrument or whole sample preparation.
- Bio-fragment analyzer
- For the quality check of mRNA samples and DNA (10x libraries). Use as QC before sending for NGS.
- 1 to 96 samples.
- Sensitivity up to 5pg/ul.
