For questions and support requests, employees can use the online form at any time to get help with computer problems:

The service desk will then forward your request to our IT manager, who will process it as quickly as possible.
Important: The following are excluded for IT support by our technician responsible
- Auditorium and seminar rooms: please call to 026 300 73 00
- Private external peripherals: PC's, tablets, smartphones, USB sticks, external hard drives and all other IT devices not inventoried by the Direction des services IT.
- Guests of the department without a contract of employment: external lecturers, emeritus professors, scholarship students, are not entitled to IT support.

Computer teaching room
On the room 2.236 of the geography building located at PER14, chemin du Musée 4, you can find 16 public computers.
These computers are used for teaching and they are also in free access for all students of the Department of Geosciences except the schedules of the official courses.
