Tamarakhonum Davlatova
Biography
Tamarakhonum Davlat(ova) is a PhD student in Human Geography at the Department of Geosciences at the University of Fribourg. She holds a Master's degree in "Ancient Mediterranean World" History, Archaeology, and Art" from the University of Pavia and a Bachelor's degree in Anthropology from Nazarbayev University. Her current research is a part of the SNF project "Myths of Equality: the Gendered History of Science in Central Asia (1870-1970)". She focuses on archival data and oral histories to analyze gender dynamics in scientific communities in Central Asia.
