Become a mentee in the next program edition

24 mentees from the EPFL and the Universities of Fribourg, Geneva, Lausanne, and Neuchâtel were selected for the 2023-2024 edition.

The mentoring program is for advanced female doctoral, post-doctoral and researchers just before transitioning to professorship. We are seeking for each mentee a mentor who normally is a professor in a Swiss university.

The 12th edition takes place from April 2023 to December 2024.

Four meetings bring together mentees and mentors on a regular basis. These meetings allow mentees and mentors to intensify contacts, exchange on their experiences of mentoring in separate and joint workshops, and their expectations and questions related to the network. During these group meetings several transversal skills workshops are organized. The events will be held in French and English. The exchange with the programme coordinator is also possible in German.

  • Selection criteria

    • Either be finishing a doctorate (end expected in 2023), be employed as a postdocor or be transitioning to professorship at one the partner universities (Fribourg, Geneva, Lausanne, Neuchâtel) or the EPFL.
