First group meeting - August, 27, 2021
The first group meeting took place on August, 27, 2021 at the university of Fribourg. At this meeting, the mentees met for the first time. In a workshop, the roles of mentees and mentors have been discussed and the mentees talked about their expectations on the mentoring relationship.
In the first meeting of each edition, we invite a former mentee and a former mentor, who talk about their experiences, give recommendations about the mentoring relationship to the mentees and answered to the questions of the mentees.
Furthermore, we invited Simona Isler from the SNSF and Matthias Held of the Research promotion service of the university of Fribourg. They held a workshop on the equality measures and funding opportunities of the SNSF.

Second group meeting - November, 5, 2021
The second group meeting took place on November, 5, 2021 at the University of Neuchâtel. The mentees participated in two workshops, one in French, one in English, on communication and professional interactions. Two researchers and actors at the same time, hold the workshops.

Third group meeting - May, 6, 2022
The third group meeting on May, 6, 2022 at the EPFL was dedictaed to the career. In the morning, the mentees followed a workshop on the recruitment procedure of professorship and in the afternoon former mentees talked about their career paths, academic and non-academic.

Forth group meeting - Decmeber, 1st, 2022
At this last meeting of the 11th edition, the mentees recapitulate their mentoring relationships. They had furthermore the choice between two workshops; Inclusive leadership and a workshop on work-life balance. For the alumnae networking event, former mentees, who are now in professorship positions, talked about their leadership styles and the way how they juggle their professional and private activities.
The edition was closed with an apero.
