Biography
I am a PhD researcher at the Environmental Science and Humanities Institute of the University of Fribourg, where since 2025 I have been examining Smart Farming and its ethical challenges. My research draws mainly on ethics, axiology, and epistemology to identify three critical issues these systems can produce, and to develop original solutions for each.
Before this, I completed a bachelor's degree in History of Philosophy and a master's degree in Interreligious Dialogue at the University of Lugano (USI). My goal now is to apply that grounding to concrete, real-world problems that will become increasingly central as technological progress in agriculture advances.
Outside the academic context, I am passionate about culture and art in all their forms, driven by a constant curiosity to explore and learn. I enjoy spending time in nature and expressing creativity through music, writing, painting, and photography. I am also active in boxing and tennis.
