Topology

We try to get a better understanding of the rich interplay between the topology of manifolds, the geometries they carry and their symmetries.

Our main focus is on the study of manifolds with lower curvature bound using methods from algebraic topology, Riemannian geometry,  the theory of transformation groups and equivariant index theory.
