Food Research and Innovation Center

The Food Research and Innovation Center (FRIC), of which Professor Olivier Furrer is one of the co-directors, was inaugurated on October 2, 2024. On this occasion, the Chair of Marketing presented the results of a research project focused on the consumption of responsible food products.
