Terms of Participation for the Course Programme

Information on registration, participation, and cancellation for the Graduate Campus course programme.

At the Graduate Campus, we are committed to supporting doctoral candidates and postdocs at the University of Fribourg with an inspiring range of workshops and events. To ensure we can continue offering our courses free of charge, we rely on the active participation of our attendees:

By registering, participants agree to attend the entire course.

Courses may be cancelled if the required minimum number of participants is not met; in such cases, registered participants will be notified in a timely manner.

Withdrawal is possible up to 14 days before the course starts without consequences. Late withdrawal or unexcused absence may lead to temporary exclusion from future courses (e.g., the current and the following semester). This policy ensures fairness and allows participants on the waiting list to be considered.

All participants are kindly requested to complete the evaluation questionnaire following the course. We use the course evaluations to further improve our programme.
