Ms. Jarrett has over 30 years of experience advising UHNW families on business and family governance, the use of trusts and other wealth planning tools, legal and tax structuring, philanthropic endeavours, and on disputes between family members/their assets. She advises families worldwide from various cultures and backgrounds, working in English, French, Spanish, German and Italian.

Ms. Jarrett also advises governments on taxation, trust companies and other financial institutions, and led successful litigation against HMRC on UK inheritance tax issues.

Ms. Jarrett was formerly a principal of Baker McKenzie for nearly twenty years where she was Managing Partner in 2018/19, at a time of transformation for the Geneva office of the firm, prior to setting up her own firm in autumn 2019. Prior to joining the firm she worked in-house in London and Zurich having briefly practised at the Bar in London.

Ms. Jarrett is a member of the following professional associations: Law Society of England & Wales, Lincoln's Inn, Chair of STEP Geneva, Council member of STEP worldwide, and on the Advisory Board of the Swiss Association of Trust Companies. She has conceived and taught many university programmes in Switzerland (Geneva, Lausanne, Neuchatel) and at the Manchester Business School MBA.
