    100 Years of the Turkish Civil Code and Code of Obligations: Turkish-Swiss Perspectives

    The University of Fribourg and the Institute for International Business Law have the pleasure of inviting you to a special symposium marking the 100th anniversary of the Turkish Civil Code and Code of Obligations.

    Organized in collaboration with the Embassy of Türkiye in Switzerland and Galatasaray University, the event brings together leading academics and legal professionals from Türkiye and Switzerland to reflect on a century of shared legal history and the continuing dialogue between our two legal traditions.

    L’Université de Fribourg et l’Institut de droit international des affaires ont le plaisir de vous inviter à un symposium exceptionnel marquant le 100e anniversaire du Code civil turc et du Code des obligations.

    Fribourg Üniversitesi ve Uluslararası Ticaret Hukuku Enstitüsü, Türk Medeni Kanunu ve Borçlar Kanunu’nun 100. yıl dönümü vesilesiyle düzenlenen bu özel sempozyuma sizleri davet etmekten memnuniyet duyar.

     

    Türkiye Cumhuriyeti İsviçre Büyükelçiliği ve Galatasaray Üniversitesi iş birliğiyle düzenlenen etkinlik, Türkiye ve İsviçre’den önde gelen akademisyenleri ve hukukçuları bir araya getirerek, bir asırlık ortak hukuk tarihini ve iki hukuk geleneği arasında süregelen diyaloğu ele almayı amaçlamaktadır.
