Nino Maspoli is General Counsel Data, Technology, Operations & IP at Zurich Insurance. He studied law at the University of Zurich and holds an LLM in Privacy, Cybersecurity and Data Management Law from Maastricht University’s European Centre on Privacy and Cybersecurity. His professional experience spans insurance, banking, media and government, with a focus on the intersection of technology and law. In addition to his role at Zurich, Nino serves as Data Protection Officer of the Pension Fund of Zurich Insurance and sits on the boards of two charities.
