Sanctions against Russia: legal consequences for Swiss businesses
Deepen your understanding of international and Swiss sanctions on Russia and explore solutions for effective compliance.
The conference will cover the fundamentals of sanctions from Swiss, international and comparative law perspectives and give insights into the sanction implementation programs in key jurisdictions (Switzerland, the United States, the European Union, and the United Kingdom). The afternoon working sessions will focus on practical cases of export controls, financial sanctions, investigations, and enforcement.
An attendance certificate is delivered.
The conference aims to enhance the participant's understanding of the legal implications of the financial and trade sanctions adopted by Switzerland and other key jurisdictions and provide practical advice to address the challenges facing Swiss corporations impacted by those sanctions.
