As a specialist in international education policy, I am interested in how power and politics affect the educational chances of the most vulnerable children and adults around the world. My three areas of research are, broadly, migration and education, educational leadership and governance and gender and education. My three current projects involve partners in eight countries as well as Switzerland, and I continually seek opportunities to network with intergovernmental and nongovernmental organizations doing important educational work around the world.
