Dr. Ganqi (Gage) Tang - Researcher
Gage is currently a postdoctoral researcher at the Chair of Strategic Entrepreneurship.
Gage earned his MiM and PhD degrees in Strategy and Entrepreneurship at IESE Barcelona. He was originally trained as a psychologist (B.Sc. and M.Sc.), with specialisation in emotion and emotion management. Before rejoining academia, he worked as a management consultant, and served clients such as Disney, Bosch, General Motors, and Mercedes-Benz, to name but a few. He speaks English, Spanish, Mandarin, and some French, and he understands some German and Italian.

Research topics:
- Behavioral strategy: formulation, implementation, entrepreneurial strategy;
- Microfoundations of strategy: emotion, identity;
- Innovation and entrepreneurship context: business model innovation, platform and ecosystem, digital/AI transformation, and corporate venturing.
