Académique ou spécialiste Cours public
17.11.2026 17:00 - 18:00
Présentiel

The concept of resilience has gained increasing attention in recent years as individuals, organizations, and societies face growing uncertainty and change. In this context, questions of digital resilience have become particularly relevant. As digital media and communication technologies permeate nearly every aspect of daily life, understanding how people can benefit from permanent connectivity while coping with its challenges is more important than ever.

In his lecture, Prof. Reinecke will discuss the opportunities and risks associated with today's always-connected media environment and explore what it means to remain resilient in the face of digital distraction, stress, and social pressures. The talk fits closely within the broader theme of resilience and offers timely insights into one of the defining challenges of contemporary life.

The lecture is open to all interested students, researchers, and staff. Immediately after the lecture, we would like to invite all attendees to an apéro outside the lecture theatre. We would be very pleased to see you there.
