A LOUER :: Colocation - 2 personnes
Beautiful and bright room available in a 2-person shared flat with view of the garden. The apartment has a small bathroom, a large kitchen-living room, and we can also use the communal garden. Living together has usually been a good mix of occasional cooking together, having tea, and also pursuing your own activities and daily routine. You will be sharing the apartment with me, Lilian (33 years old) I work at the University of Fribourg in the field of Philosophy and would appreciate a pleasant, entertaining, and harmonious coexistence with a flatmate, preferably female between 30 and 50 years old.
I look forward to making the apartment cosy, enjoying good food, and simply having a relaxed cohabitation. Both German and English (and perhaps French, but I need to practice!) can be spoken in daily life, whichever suits best. The move-in date is possible from July 2026, but there is also some flexibility (August or September). The rent is 670 CHF, which includes additional costs include internet, Serafe, and electricity/water.
The apartment is conveniently located, approximately a 5 min bus ride/15-minute walk to the train station, 18 minutes to the University of Misericorde, and there are several buses nearby. Shopping facilities are within a 5-minute walk.
If you commute to Fribourg and are only here for a few nights/days, we can also agree on a slightly lower price.
