    Description

    In dem Blockseminar wird ein Überblick über aktuelle Forschungsergebnisse zum abhängigkeitserzeugenden Potential von hochverarbeiteten Nahrungsmitteln (sogenannten „ultra-processed“ foods) gegeben, sowie das Konzept von Ultra-Processed Food Addiction (UPFA) vorgestellt und den Diagnosekriterien der Binge Eating Störung (BES) gegenübergestellt. Methodisch umfasst das Seminar zudem Selbsterfahrungselemente sowie Gruppenarbeiten zur diagnostischen Erfassung von UPFA und BES. Die gewonnen Erkenntnisse aus praktischer Anwendung und Theorievermittlung sollen anschließend hinsichtlich ethischer, gesellschaftlicher und gesundheitsbezogener Aspekte diskutiert, Forschungsideen generiert und mögliche Implikationen für psychotherapeutische Interventionen abgeleitet werden. Das Blockseminar schließt mit einer ca. 1-stündigen schriftlichen Prüfung ab.
