    Description

    This seminar is concerned with the temporal aspects of work organisation, which represent an important field within work psychology. The seminar covers the main elements that constitute the design of work schedules: night and shiftwork, length of working hours, flexibility of working hours and rest breaks. We will examine different designs of work schedules and discuss how their quality can be assessed. The assignments for this seminar include a scientific presentation as well as a practical project to be carried out in an organisation.
