    Die Neuropsychologie befasst sich mit dem Zusammenhang zwischen Gehirn, Erleben, Denken und Verhalten. Die Auswirkungen von Hirnschädigungen auf diese verschiedenen Aspekte bilden den Fokus der klinischen Neuropsychologie.

    Diese Einführungsvorlesung vermittelt Wissen zu den Grundlagen und Methoden der klinischen Neuropsychologie sowie zu den wichtigsten Störungsbildern (u.a. bezüglich Aufmerksamkeit, Sprache, Gedächtnis, Exekutivfunktionen), deren Diagnostik und Therapie.
