Description	The Statistics II & Tutoring course first deepens and expands upon the material covered in Statistics I, including topics on regression (multiple regression, path analysis, logistic regression) and correlation (semipartial and partial correlation), before moving on to new topics such as multilevel analysis, principal component and factor analysis, cluster analysis, and an introductory overview of structural equation modeling. The methods are not only covered theoretically but are also practiced in terms of their practical application, analysis, and interpretation using R. The course consists of a lecture (primarily theory) and an accompanying tutorial (primarily practical application).
Training objectives	The goal of this course is to build upon the knowledge and methods acquired in Statistics I. By the end of the academic year, students should be familiar with the standard statistical methods used in psychological research and have developed the skills to apply them. They should be able to evaluate their own and others’ statistical analyses and be capable of conducting an empirical study independently, under supervision, using their own expertise.
