    Description

    This course will present techniques for promoting behavior change and fostering healthy habits in patients. It will cover Motivational Interviewing and its application in encouraging healthy lifestyle behavior adoption. Mindfulness will also be explored, focusing on its use in areas such as stress relief and eating behaviors. Finally, James Clear's Atomic Habits, a modern behavior change technique that promotes the formation of healthy habits, will be presented.
