    Mandatory course.

    This seminar explores data manipulation, visualization, and multivariate statistical analysis in R. Topics include:

    • Data Manipulation
    • Data Visualization using ggplot2
    • Parametric Tests: Correlation, Chi-square, t-tests, and ANOVA (One-Way, Two-Way, Repeated Measures, Mixed ANOVA)
    • Multivariate Analyses:
    • Linear Discriminant Analysis (LDA)
    • Principal Component Analysis (PCA)
