The joint Innosuisse-armasuisse Flagship Initiative is seeking ambitious collaborative projects in dual-use technologies with applications in both civilian and defence contexts. With a total budget of CHF 20 million, the programme aims to strengthen Switzerland's innovation capacity, resilience, and technological sovereignty.

The call focuses on three key technology areas:
- resilient positioning, navigation and timing (PNT)
- photonics for communication and sensor applications
- innovative technologies to counteract drones (C-UAV).

Projects must involve multiple Swiss research institutions and industry partners active in Switzerland. The pre-proposal deadline is 27 October 2026 at 12:00 CET.
