We are delighted to announce that Dr Kilian Schindler’s PhD thesis will be appearing with Cambridge University Press in 2022. He defended his thesis on “The Limits of Toleration: Religious Dissimulation and Early Modern Drama, c. 1590-1614” at our Department in 2019 and was awarded the Martin-Lehnert Prize of the German Shakespeare Society for the best dissertation of the year.
