We are offering our fully furnished apartment for rent while we are on sabbatical, from approximately mid-January to mid-July 2027.
Located in the heart of Fribourgs historic Quartier du Bourg, the apartment combines the charm of the medieval old town with spacious and comfortable living. It is ideal for a family, visiting researchers, university staff, or anyone looking for a temporary home in Fribourg.
The apartment extends over three floors and offers:
* 3 to 4 bedrooms (one room may remain locked for private storage, depending on the tenants needs)
* A spacious and bright living room
* Dining area
* Fully equipped kitchen
* Small balcony with views over the old town
* Washing machine and dryer in the apartment
* Fully furnished and ready to move in
We are looking for responsible tenants who will enjoy the apartment and kindly take care of our indoor plants during our absence.
Rent: approximately CHF 2,800 per month, including utilities (the rent may be slightly lower if only three bedrooms are required).
