DIT-ER (Directorate of IT Services – Teaching & Research) develops and provides the IT tools and resources required to support Unifr researchers (and, for some services, also HFR researchers) throughout their academic careers.
Description
During this event, the DIT-ER team will present services and projects that support scientific research, particularly in the areas of data management and data collection, virtual machines, high-performance computing (HPC), as well as methodology and statistics.
The following services will be presented:
• Methodology and statistics
• REDCap: data collection, storage and archiving
• Educational Databases (EDDB)
• High-performance clusters
• Virtual machines
• LimeSurvey
Target audience: doctoral candidates and postdocs
This event will be held in a hybrid format. Each service will be presented during 10 min (total 60 min.) followed by 30 minutes of Q&A and informal discussion, exchange and cookies. During this time, the DIT-ER team will be present to answer your questions.
