The SPR team is pleased to inform you that you now have access to Pivot RP: an advanced search tool for research funding opportunities.

Pivot RP offers you access to an extremely extensive, editorially curated database of national and international funding opportunities. You can use it to tailor searches for funding to your specific needs depending on your discipline and career stage, to set up funding alerts, to search for potential collaborators for new projects and much more.

The tool offers something for every discipline and is able to find funding opportunities for niche subjects, so we suggest you sign in immediately to claim your Unifr profile and conduct a couple of test searches for relevant opportunities. You can sign in here choosing the University of Fribourg from the drop-down menu and then using your SWITCH edu-ID.

The tool’s interface is intuitive to use, so you should be fine to get started right away. However, if you would like to profit from a more in-depth look at some of the advanced search features, do join us via Teams for our online training sessions on the 10th and 19th of October at 12.15 pm. A Pivot RP specialist will introduce the tool’s functions in English (30’), and then we will have a Q&A where you will be able to ask questions in English, German or French.
