Master à 90 ECTS

The 90 ECTS Master's degree in European Studies is equivalent to the advanced studies program. It consists of four core modules (15 ECTS) and the Master's thesis, including the written work and oral defence (30 ECTS).

It provides in-depth knowledge of the process of European integration after the end of the Second World War. As a course of study attached to the Faculty of Arts and Humanities but offering transdisciplinary and interfaculty content, the programme emphasises political science while integrating the perspectives of other social sciences (law, economics, sociology) and humanities (contemporary history, anthropology, literary sciences). It provides basic knowledge of the European Union's legal and economic system, as well as general knowledge of Europe as an interdependent political and cultural area. It also provides solid training in social science research methods.
