Thanks for being part of our event.
The conference fee is CHF 60 per participant and will cover your lunches and the coffee breaks. On 27 August, we will hold our conference dinner at a nearby Italian restaurant. Attendance is optional. Dinner will consist of a three-course meal with meat, vegetarian and fish options. You can also indicate other dietary requirements.

Cancellation and refund policy:
We can refund your conference registration fee and, if applicable, the dinner fee if you cancel in writing (e-mail to the conference organizers) before 19 August 2026. Cancellations that reach us after this date will not be considered for a refund as we will need to commit to restaurant payments. Thank you for your understanding.
