- The Federal Department of Finance (EFD) is interested in exchanging about the academic theory and evidence on the "Optimal fiscal responses during the ongoing Covid-19 crisis in Switzerland".
The second part of the workshop consists of panel discussions on current topics in Swiss Public Economics and Policy with input presentations by academics and practitioners.
Panel discussion 1: The interaction between fiscal and monetary policy in Switzerland
We will discuss how fiscal and monetary policy in Switzerland interact, especially during the Covid-19 crisis. What will be their roles in the exit from Covid-19?
