• This workshop introduces students to zero-code automation, showing how AI tools can be used not only to generate content but also to automate repetitive academic, professional and everyday tasks;

• Participants will learn how to use tools such as Copilot, NotebookLM, Power Automate, and Google Apps Script to design simple automated workflows without prior coding experience;

• Attention will also be given to data privacy and responsible use of AI.

Ziele

• Understand: Participants will comprehend the distinction between standard generative AI and digital automation, and contextualize data privacy and ethical considerations when handling academic data;

• Apply: Participants will apply these concepts by utilizing AI models as "expert guides" to write instructions and implement real-world automated workflows in Microsoft Power Automate and Google Apps Script;

• Create: Participants will formulate original, functional solutions tailored to their own administrative bottlenecks, culminating in the creation of a live, automated system that distributes their workshop completion certificates.

It is particularly suited to Master’s and PhD students, who may benefit most from its practical applications, but undergraduate students are also strongly encouraged to participate. As the workshop focuses on no-code automation, no programming experience is required, making it accessible and valuable at any stage of one’s academic or professional journey.

• Basic computer skills;

• No previous coding experience is required.
