This course is aimed at master’s students in psychology who wish to develop their practical skills in career guidance and counseling. The main goal is to acquire the skills and tools needed to effectively guide individuals in their professional journey and career path. At the heart of this course, students will explore a solid theoretical framework, learn to use various tools, and participate in practical exercises of guidance interviews and counseling. These activities are designed to provide a deep understanding of the processes and dynamics of career guidance and counseling, as well as to develop practical skills in applying these concepts. Specific course objectives include knowledge of the foundations of career guidance counseling, understanding of the counseling process and its practical application, and acquisition of essential skills for conducting effective guidance and counseling interviews.
