CAS Ethical Management

A solid understanding of the foundations, the mechanisms and the purpose of our economics and management systems are indispensable for responsible and ethical decision making. The CAS Ethical Management will give you insights into foundational key areas in business leadership, while preparing you to include ethics, sustainability and faith perspectives into your business agenda. The course is an interdisciplinary joint venture with the Center of Faith and Society of the Faculty of Theology at the University of Fribourg. The degree is awarded by the Faculty of Management, Economics and Social Sciences at the University of Fribourg.

Objectifs

How can we make responsible and ethical decisions? How can we design meaningful work? How can we integrate ethics, sustainability and faith perspectives into our daily business? The CAS Ethical Management combines the expertise of leading international experts in management, social psychology, sustainability, ethics, and faith, helping you to navigate the challenges of ethical management.

Public-cible

This CAS Ethical Management is designed for managers and employees in the private or public sector who feel the tension between the pursuit of economic profit and ethical principles.

Prérequis

Bachelor or Master degree from a University or University of Applied Sciences or other diploma recognized as equivalent and three to five years’ work experience. Admission is given “sur dossier”. In justified cases, the study management can admit people who do not or only partially meet individual admission requirements.

Collaboration
