The CAS Leading Innovation and Change combines strategic foresight, product expertise and customer focus with practical leadership skills. The programme is tailor-made for professionals who want to advance their career by learning to master complex tasks with agile, people-centred methods and to achieve sustainable added value for their companies in the process

Objectifs

The “CAS Leading Innovation & Change” combines the action-oriented innovation practice of INNOArchitects/Cheeky Level Mentoring Programme and the scientific foundation of the international institute of management in technology (iimt) at the University of Fribourg. The programme enables you to shape innovation and change as a leader in a prudent and responsible manner.

Public-cible

The target group includes people with professional experience in the areas of corporate development, project management, product development, marketing or corporate management.

Prérequis

Bachelor or Master degree from a University or University of Applied Sciences or other diploma recognized as equivalent and three to five years’ work experience. Admission is given “sur dossier”. In justified cases, the study management can admit people who do not or only partially meet individual admission requirements.
