On 27 May, 6pm, in room B130 (PER 21) our guest lecturer Dr. Jovana Dikovic will give a talk introducing her newly published book "The Laissez-Faire Peasant: Post-socialist rural development in Serbia" (UCL Press). Jovana’s book is anchored in the debates on the notion and forms of development assistance and speaks to audiences interested also in the conflict studies, post-socialist societies, the Balkans and rural studies.

The talk takes place as part of the 2. Anthropology Graduates Meet Up but everyone is warmly welcome to attend!
