EU Project Mentor
The University of Fribourg employs a project mentor to advise on EU proposal submissions. Subject to availability, the mentor can discuss project ideas, refine the proposal, and lend support to submission and coordination.
Women researchers

Mentoring scheme for women at French-speaking universities.
- REGARD
Career-development competencies programme for young women academics and professors, organised by the universities of western Switzerland.
- Swiss National Science Foundation gender equality support
An important aspect of this commitment is the personal support of young women researchers (the facilitation of contacts and mentoring) as well as specific funding programmes and structural measures designed to promote the careers of women in research.
Dual-career couples
The University of Fribourg supports the Swiss Federal Equal Opportunity Programme at Universities and the development of dual-career policies to allow both partners to pursue a career.
