Execution under Pressure – Prioritisation and Delivery in Difficult Phases with the CLIMB Framework

Academic or specialist Study meeting
02.10.2026 09:00 - 03.10.2026 16:00
Onsite

This two-day workshop explores how individuals maintain execution when demands exceed available time, energy fluctuates and multiple priorities compete for attention.

Rather than focusing on motivation, the workshop introduces a structured approach to prioritisation, focus and sustained delivery using the CLIMB framework - Clarity, Loyalty, Infrastructure, Milestones and Balance.

Participants work on their own current projects and learn how to:
- identify what is truly critical among competing tasks
- translate priorities into concrete next steps
- build routines that enable consistent progress
- make progress visible through milestones and review
- maintain performance by adjusting their approach when conditions change

The workshop combines conceptual input with practical application, structured reflection and peer sparring. Examples from endurance sport, executive practice and long-term projects illustrate how prioritisation and execution interact in demanding environments.

The sequence of topics is adapted to the needs and contexts of the participants.

Learning Outcomes

By the end of the workshop, participants will be able to:
- identify and articulate meaningful priorities in complex work contexts
- translate priorities into concrete, observable next steps
- design routines and structures that support consistent execution
- make progress visible through milestones and regular review
- maintain engagement and adjust their approach during demanding phases
- apply the CLIMB framework to academic and professional projects

Venue will be communicated upon registration.
