Description

This course focuses on the main approaches in intercultural management and cross-cultural management. With the help of case studies, students will become aware of critical incidents that are specific to intercultural cooperation and to international career mobility.

This course presents:

• The main dimensions to understand cultural differences in organizational behaviours
• The challenges of intercultural interaction
• The challenges of managing multicultural teams
• Research results and case studies on expatriates and on international career mobility
• The dimensions of corporate culture in multinational companies
• The development of global leaders and of global competencies
• The questions of Ethics within a global company
