Setting up a course

Whether the idea comes from a lecturer, our service or an external partner, all continuing education courses must be placed under the academic responsibility of a professor of the University of Fribourg in order to guarantee the high quality standards of university continuing education.

Method and planning

After analysing the market, target audiences and their needs, a training project is developed. This involves not only defining the teaching content and methods, but also planning the promotion and drawing up a budget. Continuing education courses must be self-financing.

Administration and logistics

Once the course has been launched, the Continuing Education Service takes care of all administrative and logistical aspects so that lecturers can concentrate on their teaching.
