Symposium at the University of Fribourg on March 18, 2026

Join us for the 2026 Symposium of Causal Inference in the Health Sciences, taking place on March 18, 2026, at the University of Fribourg. This year’s symposium focuses on AI and machine learning in causal inference for the health sciences and health economics, bringing together cutting-edge methodological advances and applied research. The programme features invited keynote talks, flash poster presentations, and ample opportunities for networking and collaboration. Early career researchers are especially encouraged to submit a poster proposal via the registration form. Keynote Speakers include Dr. Elsa Gautrain (University of Fribourg), Prof. Jana Mareckova (University of St. Gallen), Prof. Jonas Peters (ETH Zurich), and Dr. Aurélien Sallin (SWICA and University of St. Gallen).
