The Social Anthropology Unit is organising a free screening of the film "Between the Rains", followed by a panel discussion.

The screening will take place on Tuesday, 12 May at 7:00 pm at Korso Cinema in Fribourg. The film focuses on growing up in northern Kenya in the context of climate change and was produced in close collaboration with the Turkana Ngaremara community. After the screening, there will be a panel discussion with Clifford Collins Omondi Okwany, political scientist from Kenya and Professor David Bozzini. The event is organised in collaboration with the Anthropology Unit of the Department of Social Sciences, University of Fribourg, and admission is free.
