    Beschreibung

    After an introduction of International Refugee Law, the course will deal with the instruments of the Common European Asylm System. A special focus will be on the Dublin III Regulation. The association of Switzerland so the Dublin system will also be discussed. The course is interactive and many ECJ cases will be analyzed.
    Lernziele

    The course will give an overview on the legal instruments in the area of asylum in Europe. Participants will familiarize with the most important ECJ cases. The acquired knowledge will allow them to work in the asylum sector, be it with authorities or with NGOs or International Organizations.
    Prüfungsbeschreibung

    The exam will be oral (15 minutes). No preparation time is granted.
